

Angenta Technologies Return PolicyYour Satisfaction is Our Success.If you are not completely satisfied with a product or products you purchased from Angenta Technologies and you return the product with the original receipt or invoice within 14 days of purchase or invoice date you may exchange the product or receive a refund. Some products may be excluded based on agreements with suppliers and/or manufacturers. If you have questions please call before ordering.
Computers, monitors, printers may be subject to a 15% restocking fee (unless defective). Generally the restocking fee will be charged for items returned after the 14 day return period.

Start the RMA process online: Log In to your account at www.Angenta.com. Under the "Order Status" heading, click on "Return Items". Follow the directions located on this RMA page. We recommend printing the instructions in case you have trouble receiving the email after submission.
RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after issuance. No items may be returned without a valid RMA number. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and must be in the original, undamaged packaging. Please remove personal data from returned /exchanged items. All returns must be shipped pre-paid. Refunds or credits do not include original shipping charges unless the items are defective. Shipping fees will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of delivery. All items must be in new condition, with the original box, packaging, manuals, accessories, and UPC code. Refunds will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of sale. Refunds may take up to two weeks to process from the time the product is received at the Return Center, however, we will do our best to process the refund in less time.
