Use of the website:

Angenta allows you a limited license to use the website. You may display, copy, distribute and download its content, only for personal non-commercial use. You may not modify the website, its content, any copyright or proprietary notices. The license is dissolved automatically if you do not abide by any of the terms and conditions of use. You are obligated to destroy all copies in your possession immediately upon the end of the license.

Errors on Our Site:

The availability and pricing of products and services on our website are subject to change without notice. Errors on the site will be corrected when discovered, and Angenta reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to fix any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitter and whether or not the order has been processed and your credit card charged. In the case that your credit card has been charged and the order is cancelled, Angenta will issue a credit to your card in the amount of the charge. Individual nak policies will determine when this amount is credited to your account.

For use in the United States:

This website is for the sole use of customers within the United States. This website may not be appropriate or available for use in areas outside of the United States. Accessing this website from outside of the United States is done so at your own risk.

Sales Tax Policy:

Angenta does business on a national level across the United States, therefore our website will collect and remit sales tax as required by law.

Paying for Your Order:

Angenta accepts credit card or wire transfers for the payment of your order. Currently we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® Card.

In most cases credit and debit cards are not charged until we ship the items to you or confirm store availability (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have shipped along with taxes and shipping charges). We may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order. This may have an effect on your available credit line. Contact your credit card issuer for more information.

On special delivery items you will be charged once the delivery time is confirmed. Digitally delivered orders will be charged once download of the product is initiated.

Validating Your Order:

After an order is placed we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order, and/or limit the quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If an order is rejected we will attempt to notify the buyer by using the email address given with the order.

Credit or debit cards will not be charged if we reject an order, but in the case there is a charge to either credit or debit card we will issue a refund for the charged amount.


Order Acceptance/Confirmation:

The receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of the order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Order Limitations/Limited Quantities:

We reserve the right to deny any order placed with us, and/or limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If an order is rejected we will attempt to notify the buyer by using the email address given with the order.

Angenta may at any time limit or cancel quantities per person, per household or per order. We also reserve the right to reject any order placed with us. These restrictions include orders placed by the same Angenta web site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If a change is made to an order we attempt to notify you through the email address and/or billing address provided in the order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

Shipping:

All orders are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to our shipping policy. You may have your product shipped or delivered via one of our available shipping or delivery options. We ship orders on normal business days, which are Monday through Friday excluding government holidays. Weekend shipment is not currently available. For Express Air service your order must be completed before 1p.m. Eastern Time in order for it to ship the same day. Orders requesting our other shipping methods will ship within 2 business days from when the order is completed. You assume all risk of loss for shipped items.
